 What’s the role?
In this full-time role with Nicole Wellman State Farm, you’ll create exceptional experiences for our clients, helping our agency thrive. Your attention to detail and flair for service will shine as you assist customers. Plus, since you’re driven and sales-minded, you’ll have plenty of opportunities for increasing your income! This position is not open for remote because we need your smiling face in the office!

What will you be doing?

·         Answering phone calls and welcoming walk-in customers with a smile. 

·         Building relationships and following up with customers to keep them happy. 

·         Performing prescribed task-based activities to retain current customers.

·         Communicating clearly to meet customers’ needs while helping our business grow. 

·         Reaching out to potential new customers to expand our reach.

·         Supporting our acquisition team by developing leads. 

·         Identify risks and present other products based on customers' needs.

Ready to grow?
Insurance regulations require that you have your licenses before you can really dig into this role, so at least Property and Casualty licenses are required before starting. If you're the right person, don't let this deter you from applying. It might not be as daunting as you think! We’ll guide you through the steps and even reimburse your fees after six months.
